Downtown Streetscape crews were hard at work Monday before the rain hit on Tuesday. They worked on completing the subgrade on the area between the Midblock and Courthouse Plaza and Conduit installation near Barbrick Avenue. Work was paused during the rain and crews were out today cleaning up the site in preparation for work later this week and into next week.
