Table 11 and Southern Strain Brewery – Beer Tasting Dinner

If you love Southern Strain Brewery and Table 11, this is the event for you. 😃🍺 Table 11 is partnering with Southern Strain Brewery for a night of delicious food and beer tasting. Come join us on Friday, July 21 for our first-ever beer pairing dinner. The first seating is at 6 o’clock and a second seating at 7 o’clock. This will be a chef’s table dinner where you will dine with the chef. The menu for the evening will be:

Salad- Bacon wrapped grilled peaches, with spiced candy pecans, goat cheese on a bed of greens, paired with Strawberry Lunch beer.

Dinner- surf and turf, flank steak with blackened shrimp, pineapple, mango salsa with rice and beans and grilled vegetables, paired with Hop Helix.

Dessert- Chocolate flourless cake with dark cherry sauce, and chantilly cream, paired with Stomping Ground Stout.
